Hadley Park House Hotel is a award winning family run luxury 4 star, grade II listed, hotel and wedding venue with a restaurant situated in Telford, Shropshire.
Insideout architecture + interiors ltd were appointed to design a sympathetic extension to accommodate 10 luxury bedrooms with ensuite bath/shower rooms, a versatile function suite with serving bar, extend and upgrade the kitchen and ground floor toilets, and layout a new carpark and associated landscaping.
Drakes Broughton Village Hall
A challenging project to bring life back into the tired village hall and underwhelming children's play park.
I have re-designed the village hall to look fresh and appealing, be full of natural daylight and benefit from high levels of insulation and energy efficient lighting and heating.
The damp timber sprung floor has been replaced with a solid insulated floor. The dated brick walls have been refreshed with a external skin of insulated render. The decaying roof has been completely replaced with a composite insulated panel system. The windows have all been upgraded. Large glazing areas have been opened up to let light in and views out. The kitchen has had an overhaul including a serving hatch to outside. The toilets have all been upgraded. There is now a veranda to shade the large glazed areas from overheating, and shelter spectators watching the sports field.
I also secured the planning approval for the extensive play grounds that are now offer a great choice of pursuits for all ages of children.
...all in all it is now a very sociable place
